Richard Baronins was a designer and project manager for this project while at Verne Reimer Architecture. He helped lead design efforts after concept design was completed and also produced construction documents. This 24 storey condominium tower contains 90 new condominium units ranging in size from 70 to 160 square metres. The tower sits on a 6 storey podium that enclosing parking for 90 cars and has a large outdoor amenity space on the roof.

The podium and tower structure is cast in place concrete with heated floors and embedded electrical infrastructure. Each residential floor contains between 4 and 6 units. Interiors are modern with Italian kitchens and sleek finishes. The larger units are located on floors 15-23 with penthouse units on the top floor.

The Exterior envelope is entirely composed of window wall with insulated metal panel running vertically along the elevator core.

The parking podium has full height glazing on the north and south walls and contains parking stalls, a car wash, and visitor parking.
