This project updated the exterior of a 1950’s bungalow in Old Tuxedo to be more contemporary, energy efficient and accessible. The entire exterior including existing stucco, concrete step, windows, fascia and eavestrough were replaced with new insulation, fiberglass windows, cladding and deck. The cement board panels, siding and cultured stone façade creates a modern and welcoming approach to the front of the house.
