This is a renovation of an existing 150 square meter house just west of Winnipeg. The original home was constructed in 1987 and had not been updated. The kitchen and main bathroom were gutted and the floor in the kitchen, dinning room, and bathroom were removed. Hardwood floor to match the existing was installed in the kitchen and dining room. The stair down to the basement was opened up and the door removed to create a  more open plan.
