One of the most important aspects of any project is cost control. At P23, we address this from the outset by evaluating client needs and priorities in relation to project size, quality, and durability. We meet with consultant teams early to identify cost-effective systems that align with client objectives, and we are candid when expectations exceed available budgets. Establishing the right balance of size, quality, and cost early in the process is key to project success.

Equally important is determining a realistic schedule for both design and construction. P23 provides clear timelines for documentation and estimates for construction, then works with clients to streamline the process when aggressive schedules are required. 

While projects can be delivered quickly and cost-effectively, we are always transparent about the risks associated with compressed timelines and reduced budgets, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
